Jet lag app for iPhone

A jet lag plan
that accounts for
the flight.

Offset tells you when to sleep, seek or avoid light, and use caffeine before, during and after a long-haul trip. It fits that guidance around takeoff, landing and connections instead of planning from the time-zone change alone.

What Offset starts with

The route is not enough. Your sleep matters too.

Two people on the same flight may not need the same guidance. Offset combines every flight toward the destination with your usual sleep and the choices you make for the trip.

The destination

Every flight on the way there

Add each flight and connection toward the same destination. The return gets its own plan because your body clock is moving toward home.

Your usual sleep

Your bedtime and sleep length

Add when you usually go to bed and how long you sleep. Offset starts from your hours rather than a generic bedtime.

Your choices

The guidance you want to use

Choose caffeine, optional melatonin and whether you want to start changing your sleep before you leave.

The flight changes the answer

What happens in the air changes what the plan should do.

What happens

You stay awake when you meant to sleep.

The cabin lights come on for breakfast and landing.

A connection breaks the rest between flights.

The flight does not provide enough sleep.

What Offset changes

Sleep in the air counts less than sleep on the ground.

The final hour before landing stays awake.

Every flight toward the destination stays in one plan.

The planner can add more sleep after the flight.

Before, during and after the flight

One plan from before departure to two days after arrival.

Choose to start early and the first steps can appear before you leave. The plan then follows every flight toward your destination and continues after you land.

01 · Before departure

Start changing your sleep early, if you choose.

Offset can begin the guidance up to three days before your first flight. Choose not to start early and the plan begins at departure.

02 · In the air

Keep takeoff and landing out of the sleep window.

Flight sleep begins no earlier than one hour after takeoff and ends one hour before landing. Shorter flights may not carry a sleep step.

03 · At a connection

Continue from the sleep you did or did not get.

Your need for sleep carries into the next flight. Changing planes does not reset the plan.

04 · After arrival

Keep going after you leave the airport.

The plan continues for two days after arrival. When sleep in the air falls short, the planner can add more rest on the ground.

Common questions

What to know before you choose.

Will Offset stop jet lag?

No. Offset gives general travel guidance, not a guaranteed result or medical treatment. Sleep, health and travel conditions differ from person to person.

What if I cannot sleep on the plane?

The plan cannot make you sleep. It gives cabin sleep less weight than sleep on the ground and can place more rest after the flight when needed.

Do I have to pay before I see a plan?

No. At launch, your first eligible trip will include Pro without a card or a trial that renews. Manual will let you build and follow one active trip in the app for free after that.

Does it work for connections and return travel?

Yes. Flights toward the same destination stay in one plan. The return gets a separate plan because your body clock is moving toward home.

No card and no trial that turns into a subscription. Manual will stay free when the first trip ends.
