Delete your Offset user

You can permanently delete your Offset user and associated Offset-owned data from inside the iPhone app. You do not need to contact support first.

Delete in the app

Open Offset.
Open your Profile.
Choose Delete Offset data.
Read the warning and choose Delete all data.
If you linked Apple or Google, complete the fresh sign-in check when asked. Anonymous users confirm using their current installation.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

It removes your Offset sessions, linked login records, planning profile, journeys, selected flights, plans, installation records and Offset entitlement records from the live service. It also clears local Offset data from the app.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Offset user does not cancel an Apple subscription. To stop renewal, open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Offset → Cancel Subscription. Apple and RevenueCat may retain provider-owned purchase records needed for purchases, refunds and legal duties. A later installation creates a new Offset user, which may restore a purchase that is still valid.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@harboursideapps.com for help. Tell us whether you used Apple, Google or an anonymous user. Do not send passwords or sign-in tokens. We may need to verify that the user belongs to you before helping with deletion.
